Who is Link Logistics?

Why is MICC being updated?

Since Link’s acquisition of MICC, we have been focusing on learning more about what improvements
need to happen to substantially improve the operations and aesthetics of the property. We have
listened to your valuable feedback about what we can do to upgrade MICC; and as your landlord, we are
thrilled to begin this important project.
What is the scope for the MICC Upgrade Project?

The MICC Upgrades Project will include:
- Painting building exteriors
- Improving parking lots
- Updating signage
- Upgrading to LED lighting
How will the upgrades be executed?

We will complete this project in phases to limit disturbances. Phase one, exterior painting, will begin
in mid-February. Additional phases, along with detailed timelines, will be communicated ahead of any
work. It is expected that all upgrade projects will be completed by the end of September 2023.
How can I tell when my property will be painted?

You can view paint phase map here. The park map has divided MICC into three
blocks. These blocks are segmented by painting contractor, and color- coded to match the project
timeline. Please reference the map key to learn when your upgrades are scheduled. Future phases will
include a similar rollout map.
What is the timeline for the MICC Upgrade Project?

Phase one, exterior painting, will begin in mid-February. Additional phases, along with detailed
timelines, will be communicated ahead of any work. It is expected that all upgrade projects will be
completed by the end of September 2023.
If I have questions, who do I reach out to?

How will the MICC Upgrade Project affect my day-to-day?

It is our goal to limit disruptions. We will make certain that directional way finding signs are in place
and will continue to emphasize communication. Make sure to add MICC@Linklogistics.com to your
contacts so that our updates do not go to your spam.
How will I be notified work begins at my building?

Prior to any work being done at your property, a preconstruction meeting will be held at least a week
before work starts. During these meetings, we will review what to expect during the project and provide
an outline for additional signage that will be provided to minimize impacts to your business operations.
