Gateway is Link Logistics' annual professional development program for full-time employees who are early in their careers. Designed for recent college graduates already working at the firm, Gateway gives participants the tools, connections and experience to accelerate their growth and build a long-term career at Link Logistics, one of the largest owners and operators of last-mile warehouses and industrial real estate in North America.
What the Gateway Program Offers
Over three months, Gateway participants work on a team case study project, gaining real exposure to how Link Logistics operates across its industrial real estate portfolio. The program combines hands-on experience with networking opportunities and direct access to senior leadership, giving early-career employees a meaningful head start.
