Social Impact at Link Logistics

With a North American presence spanning 40+ markets, 7,200+ customers and 1,100+ employees across our industrial real estate portfolio, Link Logistics has the scale to make a meaningful difference in the communities where we operate. Our Social Impact program channels that scale into action through community investment, employee volunteerism and a workplace culture built around inclusion and belonging.

Investing in Our Communities

We invest in the neighborhoods where our warehouses and industrial properties are located through community grants, employee volunteerism and long-term nonprofit partnerships. CoreGiving—co-founded by Link Logistics CEO Luke Petherbridge—is our marquee nonprofit partner, working to fight childhood hunger alongside Blackstone and more than 25 other Blackstone portfolio companies. Our Community Grants Program has distributed more than $8 million to dozens of projects across the country, supporting organizations that create economic opportunity and strengthen the communities where our industrial real estate portfolio operates.

Building an Inclusive Workplace

At Link Logistics, inclusion is a business priority. A workplace where every employee feels valued and supported drives better collaboration, stronger decision-making and long-term success for our customers and our firm. Voluntary inclusion trainings and our Inclusion Ambassadors—representatives from every business line, department and region—play a key role in shaping our initiatives. We also partner with Project Destined to introduce industrial real estate careers to students through our Link Logistics Industrial Real Estate Bridge Program, broadening access to the industry and investing in the next generation of talent.

Employee Resource Groups

Our employee resource groups (ERGs) are voluntary, employee-led initiatives open to all Link Logistics team members. They foster connection, promote awareness and create an environment where everyone can do their best work across our warehouses, offices and markets nationwide.
