Managing Director, head of Debt Capital Markets

Sarah Johns is managing director, head of Debt Capital Markets at Link Logistics, responsible for balance sheet management, debt strategy, capital sourcing and financing execution.

Prior to joining Link Logistics in 2022, Sarah was a director in the Real Estate Structured Finance group at Bank of America Merrill Lynch, where she originated, underwrote and structured commercial real estate loans for SASB securitizations and the bank’s balance sheet. She previously served as a vice president on the Commercial Real Estate Finance - Portfolio Management team at AIG, establishing the firm’s syndicated loan business and managing its SASB bond portfolio.

Sarah earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics-Mathematics with a minor in Visual Arts, and a Master of Arts in Mathematics of Finance from Columbia University, as well as a Master of Business Administration from The Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.
