Charlie Ripple

Managing Director, Northeast

Charlie is Link Logistics’ managing director for the Northeast, responsible for overseeing operating performance including leasing, property operations and construction. He partners with in-region market officers and development teams, manages regional strategy and connects nationwide trends to local markets.

Charlie was previously Link Logistics’ market officer for the Mid-South, leading operating performance for approximately 25 million square feet of logistics real estate assets within the Carolinas, Memphis and Southern Virginia markets. Prior to joining Link Logistics, he spent several years as a director for Cushman & Wakefield’s industrial leasing team and worked as a marketing principal for Childress Klein Properties.

Charlie earned a bachelor’s degree from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. He resides in Charlotte with his wife and two children and enjoys golf, Tar Heel sports and spending time with family.
