Completed in the fourth quarter of 2023, Palmer’s Oak Logistics Center in Jurupa Valley, California, brings a much-needed Class-A distribution center to a market that continues to attract thriving, import-oriented businesses. The project’s two buildings, which total 1.9 million square feet, are fully leased and anchor extensive supply chain networks in one of the country’s most desirable and dynamic logistics centers.
Trident Logistics Center

Link Logistics is redeveloping a 44-acre former oil storage facility into a last-mile distribution hub called Trident Logistics Center. This project includes supporting decommissioning and decontamination at the site, then stabilizing its soil before building 668,000 square feet of space across two Class A, LEED v4-certified buildings.
