Energy Solutions is Link Logistics’ comprehensive energy and utility management program. Through Energy Solutions, our in-house energy, utility and sustainability experts manage utility billing and administration as an extension of enrolled customers' teams.

Energy Solutions allows Link Logistics and our customers to reach sustainability and cost reduction goals that would be unachievable independently. Through the program, our team can recommend energy-efficient solutions and negotiate supply rates in some markets.
Will the utility invoice process change when customers enroll?

After a customer enrolls in Energy Solutions, their accounts with local utility companies will be automatically closed with no interruption to their service, and they will receive their final bill. Going forward, the customer will receive their monthly utility invoices from Link Logistics, which they can pay through their existing payment arrangement. If a security deposit is on file with the utility, it will be returned per that utility's standard process.
How do customers enroll?

Current Link Logistics customers can enroll by sending us a copy of their most recent utility bill(s) for each of their locations leased from Link Logistics and confirming their intent to enroll by emailing EnergySolutions@LinkLogistics.com with the subject line "Enroll in Energy Solutions." From there, our team will work with the utility vendor to transfer the customer's utility account(s) into Link Logistics' name. Customers may discontinue enrollment at any time and Link Logistics will return their account(s) to previous status with no penalty and/or risk.
