Frequently asked questions

Link owns and operates the largest U.S.-only portfolio of industrial and logistics real estate. Some 5 percent of U.S. GDP, translating to about $1 trillion, flows through our buildings. So, yes—we build and lease warehouses. But what we really do is help our customers thrive through a deep understanding of their needs. In other words: We give businesses of all sizes space to grow.
