Move forward with us

Logistics is all about getting things from here to there. And when it comes to careers, we are all about getting you from where you are to where you want to be.

Every day, our people do incredible things. We collaborate to achieve our shared purpose of helping organizations deliver their products quickly to locations across the country. Why? So people can get what they need, when they need it. We do this work at the intersection of technology, human ingenuity and sustainability.

Come be part of our team—bring your unique vision, creativity and determination to help us make a difference for people and the planet.

An evolving, supportive culture

Diversity, Equity & Inclusion
Across Link Logistics, we have strengthened our commitment to becoming a more inclusive place where every voice and every idea is heard and valued. We offer a workplace that fosters a sense of belonging, where you can contribute your best work. We also offer internal, external and on-the-job training to promote these values and support the growth of our team members — because we believe it is critical for everyone to learn and grow in this area.
Link provides medical, dental and vision insurance, short- and long-term disability insurance, life and accident insurance, paid parental leave and paid time off. We also offer an education-assistance program. Our competitive benefits and compensation help ensure that we engage and retain the best team members in the industry.
We provide opportunities for employees to lend a hand in the communities we serve through our volunteer and philanthropic activities, which include providing food for families with children through our partnership with CoreGiving. We aim for our employees to contribute over 4,000 total hours of service to philanthropic causes every year.
Our commitment to renewable energy, green building technology and carbon neutrality helps us ensure a better future for our team members, our communities and our planet.
