Laura Hyde

Laura has been with Link since 2019, joining the firm through its integration with Talos Capital, where she began working in 2017. At Link, she has completed acquisitions of more than 300 buildings totaling over 42 million square feet valued at more than $4 billion. Prior to Talos, Laura was a senior financial analyst with Pritzker Realty Group, where she worked on over $127 million of industrial acquisitions and ground-up developments representing 2.1 million square feet. Before Pritzker, she was an associate at Oak Street Real Estate Capital and a private equity analyst at Morgan Creek Capital Management.

Laura earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from Cornell University. She is a member of Industrial Women in Real Estate, the Urban Land Institute and serves as the 2024 Goldie Gala Vice Chair.
