Luke is Link’s chief executive officer, responsible for the company’s overall strategic direction with a particular focus on driving profitability and building a winning corporate culture.
He has over 20 years of financial and global real estate management experience, most recently serving as the chief executive officer of Shopcore and LivCor properties. Luke previously held the positions of chief financial officer and treasurer of DDR Corporation, one of the largest owners of shopping centers in the United States. While at DDR, he served in various roles and held responsibilities including capital raising activities, balance sheet management, lender relations and execution of various corporate-level transactions. Before DDR, Luke served as chief executive officer and a director of shopping center owner EDT Retail Trust (formerly Macquarie DDR Trust) and as director of transactions with Rubicon Asset Management, where he oversaw approximately $5 billion of transactions across real estate and real estate structured finance markets in the United States, Europe and Japan.
Luke received a Bachelor of Commerce from Macquarie University. He is a trustee and member of the Executive Board for the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC). He also serves as a board member of World Business Chicago, Chicago’s public-private economic development agency. In addition, he is co-founder and chairman of CoreGiving, an organization that seeks to fight childhood hunger and food insecurity. Luke and his wife, Chantal, have three children and moved from Australia to the United States 12 years ago. They enjoy spending time together at the beach, skiing and watching the Cleveland Browns.

Nicholas (“Nick”) is Link’s president and chief investment officer, responsible for portfolio management, including all capital deployment and disposition activities with a focus on ensuring the company has the best portfolio to service the needs of its customers.
Prior to the formation of Link in 2019, he served as chief investment officer at Gramercy Property Trust, an investor in and asset manager of industrial and office real estate. He played an integral role on the leadership team that grew the company from an enterprise value of approximately $200 million to over 80 million square feet of real estate before it was acquired by Blackstone for $7.6 billion in 2018.
Nick has also served as a director in the Investment Department at W. P. Carey & Co., as a director of Business Development at Sony Pictures Entertainment and as an analyst at J.P. Morgan & Co.
He received a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Duke University and a Master of Business Administration from Harvard Business School. Nick is a National Association of Industrial and Office Properties and Urban Land Institute member, and he also serves on the board of the Newport Festivals Foundation, which produces both the Newport Folk and Newport Jazz Festivals. Nick lives in Manhattan with his wife, Annie, and their two children. He enjoys skiing, outdoor fitness and the ocean.

Matthew (“Matt”) is Link’s chief financial officer, responsible for all aspects of corporate finance, including treasury, cash management, financial planning and analysis, accounting and tax.
Prior to joining Link in 2019, Matt served as chief financial officer of various REITs, including SITE Centers, which invests in shopping centers; Retail Value Inc., among the largest owners and managers of value-oriented retail real estate in the United States; and Equity One, an owner of coastal shopping centers, which merged with Regency Centers in 2015.
Matt has also held the positions of managing director and associate director of Research at Morgan Stanley and served as a member of the Board of Directors of Ramco-Gershenson Properties Trust, a publicly traded retail REIT, from 2010 to 2015.
He received a Bachelor of Arts in American History from Tufts University and a dual Master of Science in Real Estate and City Planning from Massachusetts Institute of Technology. Matt and his husband, Davor, have two children. In his free time, he enjoys reading, doing crossword puzzles and visiting New York’s myriad cultural institutions.

Previously, Sonya served as managing director of Operations at Gramercy Property Trust, a publicly traded REIT. She has also held the role of senior vice president of Operations at American Financial Realty Trust and began her real estate career with Rite Aid Corporation.
Sonya received a Bachelor of Science from the University of Delaware. She is also a mother of five and, when not working, spends her time promoting autism awareness, baking, exercising and enjoying her family.

Britton (“Britt”) is Link’s chief development officer, responsible for all aspects of the company’s development activities.
Prior to joining Link’s predecessor company, Gramercy Property Trust, in October 2014, he ran the development business for RREEF on the east coast. From 2000 to 2006, he developed suburban office buildings and industrial properties for Catellus Development and its subsequent company Prologis.
Britt received a Bachelor of Arts in Biology from Williams College and a Master of Science in Civil Engineering from Stanford University. In his free time, he enjoys being a muse to his painter wife, Rosy, and a personal chef and alpine touring guide to his 15-year-old son.

Clark is Link’s chief technology officer, responsible for the company’s technology strategy as well as implementation and support of its employee-, partner- and customer-facing real estate digital products and services.
Prior to joining Link, he served as the chief technology officer at JLL for 10 years. During his time at JLL, Clark led several major transformation initiatives including real estate digital product development, global IT operating model design and implementation, employee and client productivity enablement, standardization of application and technology platforms, cyber security and IT risk management, and support for mergers and acquisitions. Prior to JLL, Clark was head of Technology Architecture and Strategy for CNA Insurance.
Clark received a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and Business from Kalamazoo College. He and his wife, Debi, have two children. In his spare time, Clark enjoys snowboarding, surfing, golfing, seeing live music, traveling and spending time with his family and friends.

Prior to joining Link, she was most recently with Walgreens Boots Alliance, where she was a director on the Global HR Strategy and Solutions team. Prior to WBA, Maria spent 10 years as the head of Human Resources at Ronin Capital, LLC. Her previous experience also includes leadership roles at UBS Global Asset Management, Abbott Laboratories and Citadel Investment Group.
Maria received a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from the University of Wisconsin. When she is not focused on work, Maria enjoys spending time with her family and friends, and she loves to cook, practice yoga and be outdoors.

Scott is Link’s chief accounting officer, responsible for the company’s accounting function, including property and corporate accounting, internal financial reporting and compliance, fund reporting and financial controls.
Before joining Link, Scott served as the executive vice president and chief accounting officer for HCP, Inc. Additionally, he has held various leadership roles, including senior vice president of Financial Risk Management, with Apartment Investment Management Company. He has over 25 years of financial and accounting experience, serving companies in the real estate industry with investments in hotels, multi-family and healthcare assets. His leadership roles and experience include the management of accounting, tax, financial planning and analysis, and information technology business functions.
Scott earned a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting from the University of Texas at Austin. He and his wife, Tracey, have three children. In his free time, Scott enjoys skiing, golfing and traveling.

Brandon is Link’s executive vice president, head of Leasing and Customer Solutions, responsible for all leasing functions for the company and driving the success of Link’s largest customers through strategic account management and enhanced relationship management.
Previously, he served as senior vice president at Blackstone-backed Gateway Industrial Properties, from its founding in 2017 until the formation of Link in 2019. At Gateway, he oversaw leasing and asset management nationwide. In 2013, Brandon joined Blackstone’s previous industrial real estate platform, IndCor Properties, where he served as senior vice president until IndCor’s eventual sale to GLP in 2015, after which he became regional director, overseeing the West Region. Prior to IndCor, he served as vice president and San Francisco Bay Area market officer for Prologis.
Brandon received his Bachelor of Arts in finance from the University of Utah, where he was a pitcher on the baseball team. He and his wife, Janna, have two children. In his free time, Brandon enjoys skiing and mountain biking, and is a mediocre golfer.

Jack is Link’s senior managing director, Central Region, responsible for operating performance, including leasing, property operations and construction for a 176 million square-foot portfolio.
Previously, Jack served as senior vice president, East Region, at Blackstone-backed Gateway Industrial Properties. At Gateway, he oversaw asset management and acquisition integration for the eastern half of the United States, as well as two operating joint ventures. In 2011, he joined Blackstone’s previous industrial real estate platform, IndCor Properties, where he served in multiple roles until IndCor’s eventual sale to GLP in 2015, after which he became senior vice president in charge of GLP’s Midwest Region. Prior to his tenure at IndCor, he held roles at Prologis and PwC.
Jack has a Bachelor of Science in Business and a Master of Business Administration from Indiana University’s Kelley School of Business. He is a member of the board for the Chicago Chapter of the National Association of Industrial and Office Properties (NAIOP) and serves on the Advisory Board for Indiana University’s Center for Real Estate Studies as well as the Advisory Board for Roosevelt University’s Marshall Bennett Institute of Real Estate. Bud is Link’s senior managing director, West Region, responsible for operating performance, including leasing, property operations and construction for 154 million square feet of logistics real estate.
He has more than 25 years of commercial real estate experience, with a focus primarily on industrial ground-up development, value-add projects and leasing. During his career, Bud has sourced nearly $4 billion in capital deployment and development deals, with an additional $2.8+ billion in regional transaction oversight throughout the western United States.
Previously, Bud held roles including senior vice president and partner with oversight of the West Region for CRG Real Estate and managing director, West Region, for DCT Industrial Trust. Bud also served as an executive team member at DCT before its merger with Prologis in 2018. Prior to joining DCT, Bud served as a senior development manager at Panattoni Development. Across these roles, Bud has held responsibility for development, capital deployment, portfolio management and operations.
Bud received a Bachelor of Science in Marketing from California State University, Sacramento. He is a member of the National Association of Industrial and Office Properties and the National Association of Industrial and Office Properties’ Industrial Development Forum VII. He is also a member of the Society of Industrial and Office Realtors (SIOR) and serves as the Men’s Committee Chair for Childhelp. Glenn is Link’s senior managing director, East Region, responsible for operating performance, including leasing, property operations and construction for a 207 million square-foot portfolio.
Previously, he served as Link’s managing director, Southeast Region, overseeing leasing for approximately 105 million square feet of industrial assets. Prior to joining Link, Glenn served as senior vice president for Gramercy Property Trust, an investor and asset manager of industrial and office real estate. In this position, Glenn was integral in the leasing and management of nearly 40 million square feet of real estate. Additionally, Glenn held multiple positions with Chamber Street Properties, including vice president, and before that he was vice president of leasing at CB Richard Ellis Realty Trust.
Glenn received a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the College of Charleston and a Master of Business Administration from The Citadel. When not at Link, you can usually find Glenn with his wife, two kids and friends on a boat or enjoying Clemson football games in the fall.

Joseph is managing director for Link Business Parks, responsible for 14 million total square feet of infill assets as he leads the largest portfolio of its kind nationally. Overseeing operating performance including leasing, property operations and construction, he partners with the company’s overall operating platform and customer solutions teams to maximize the value of Link’s scale, access to data and in-market expertise. Previously, he was managing director for Link’s Southwest portfolio, a 70 million square-foot region spanning high-profile, high-growth markets such as Southern California, Phoenix and Las Vegas.
Joseph has been with Link since 2019; he previously worked for Gateway Industrial, another Blackstone company that was merged with two others to form Link. Before joining Gateway, he was an executive director with Morgan Stanley’s real estate investment business, working for more than 10 years in the firm’s Atlanta and San Francisco offices. He held both acquisition and asset management responsibilities across several U.S. markets and real estate sectors while at Morgan Stanley. Prior to that, he worked as an investment banker and was a captain in the United States Marine Corps.
Joseph earned a bachelor’s in mathematics from Boston College and a Master of Business Administration from Harvard Business School. He has been active in NAIOP for most of his career, including serving on the board of the Inland Empire chapter since 2019 and as chapter president in 2021. Joseph is married and enjoys exercise, travel, amateur radio, sailing off the coast of Southern California and spending quality time with his son.

Prior to joining Link, Patrick was the global chief compliance officer for the Blackstone Real Estate business, where he was responsible for the firm’s compliance with securities and investment management regulation in the United States, Europe and Asia. Previously, Patrick was general counsel and head of tax for a private equity firm founded by Sam Zell, and prior to that he practiced corporate and real estate law at Cravath, Swaine & Moore.
Patrick graduated from Harvard Law School and Princeton University. In his free time, Patrick and his wife keep their two boys busy with soccer, ice hockey, hiking and volunteer work. Patrick also enjoys construction and has rehabilitated several houses, including the century-old house north of New York City where he and his family live.

Before that, she spent 20 years at Liberty Property Trust and Prologis, starting in corporate finance before moving up to a vice president role in Operations, where she oversaw more than 100 million square feet of industrial real estate. She began her career in public accounting.
Kerry earned a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from the University of Lynchburg. In her free time, she enjoys live music and outdoor activities including tennis, golf, paddleboarding and walking the family dogs.

Prior to joining Link, he served as senior vice president of Operations for SITE Centers, a shopping center REIT, from March 2017 until December 2020, where he supervised property operations, specialty leasing and corporate responsibility and sustainability. Joe also served as senior vice president of Property Management for Equity One, a shopping center REIT, from November 2002 until March of 2017, where he supervised property management as well as corporate responsibility and sustainability.
Joe is a Certified Property Manager (CPM). Joe and his wife, Lori, have three children. He is also a licensed captain and avid fisherman, so much of his free time is spent on the open ocean.

Jesse joined Link in 2021, bringing significant experience providing real estate and financial services companies with effective business strategies, advice and guidance to help improve their market positioning, competitive advantage, performance, efficiency and profitability. He previously served as executive managing director of Cushman & Wakefield’s Strategy and Operations division, and before that was chief operating officer of the company’s Valuation and Advisory group. He has also held management and strategy consulting roles at Accenture and KPMG.
Jesse earned a Bachelor of Science in Finance and Business Administration from Indiana University and a Master of Business Administration from Northwestern University’s Kellogg School of Management. He lives in Chicago with his wife and two children, and in his free time enjoys activities including tennis, golf and running.

In senior director roles at ShopCore Properties and Starwood Retail Properties, she led both tenant-focused business-to-business campaigns and traffic-generating campaigns with a deep, analytics-driven focus on integrating efforts across social, mobile, out-of-home, web, tradeshows and public relations.
Chelsie received a Bachelor of Arts in Public Relations and Communications from St. Thomas University. An avid snowboarder and Peloton user, she lives with her husband and three children in Chicago’s northern suburbs.

He examines supply chain and logistics trends and changes, as well as builds models that consider property features, locations and larger market forces to analyze and predict long-term growth and investment potential.
Matthew joined Link in 2021 from Citadel Global Equities, where he managed a large U.S. REIT portfolio. He previously invested in REITs across all property types and was the global sector leader for real estate across the equities division at JPMorgan Asset Management. Before that, he was a sell-side research analyst focused on REITs at Goldman Sachs and Barclays. He started his career as a journalist.
Matthew earned a Bachelor of Science in Economics from the University of Pennsylvania. He is married, lives in Brooklyn and spends most of his time outside work walking his two children back and forth between taekwondo, swimming, gymnastics and dance classes.

Jess joined Link in 2020 after spending several years as a senior vice president of Financial Planning & Analysis at Vornado Realty Trust. Prior to that, she worked as a vice president in Brixmor Property Group’s Financial Planning & Analysis department and as a vice president in Morgan Stanley’s Strategic Planning department. She has also held roles at Fidelity, Merrill Lynch and PepsiCo.
Jess earned a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from State University of New York at Oswego and a Master of Business Administration from Boston University. She lives in the suburbs north of New York City with her two teenage daughters and two doodle dogs. When not working, she enjoys cycling, jogging, hiking, paddleboarding, skiing and yoga.

Prior to joining Link, Melissa was vice president, head of Global Corporate Communications at Prologis. Melissa was responsible for the company’s reputation and visibility globally, leading strategic planning and execution of corporate, external and internal communications initiatives. Previously, Melissa was vice president, Corporate Communications & Investor Relations, at DCT Industrial Trust, where she built and led corporate communications, investor relations, marketing and branding. Prior to joining DCT, Melissa was the director of communications for Western Union’s Americas region. She spent more than five years with International Flavors & Fragrances in New York, where she managed executive communications, external communications and media relations globally. Melissa also worked for several boutique PR agencies earlier in her career.
Melissa received a Bachelor of Science in Communications (Broadcast Journalism) and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from The University of Miami and a Master of Science in Strategic Communication from Columbia University in New York. Melissa serves on the board for Special Olympics Colorado and is a member of the Arthur Page Society and CHIEF. She lives with her husband, Dan, and their two sporty sons in Marin County, California. Melissa and Dan spend most of their time running to watch the boys play in a multitude of games and tournaments, and trying to be outside as much as possible. Melissa’s motto: work to vacation.

Sam is Link’s head of sustainability, responsible for leading the development and execution of Link’s sustainability strategy across the company’s nearly 550 million square foot portfolio. With direct oversight of functions across utility operations, energy procurement, energy data analytics, building solutions and reporting, he also leads decarbonization and net-zero initiatives.
Sam joined Link in 2020 from JPMorgan Chase, where he was vice president of global energy and sustainability. In that role, he managed a real estate portfolio of some 7,000 properties spanning 63 countries with an annual utility spend of $250 million and annual energy use of 2 terawatt hours. He was also responsible for developing JPMorgan Chase’s operational sustainability strategy; carbon strategy and procurement; led execution of one of the world’s largest energy efficiency campaigns and its associated $700 million green bond raise; and developed more than 300 megawatts in solar, fuel cell and distributed energy-generation projects. Prior to his time at JPMorgan Chase, Sam was director of portfolio operations at Tishman Speyer, where he managed a 40 million square-foot portfolio and was responsible for energy- and sustainability-related activities.
Sam earned a Master of Science in Sustainable Finance from Columbia University. He has also held several professional designations throughout his career, including LEED AP, CEM and CEP. Sam lives in Brooklyn with Hudson, his Great Pyrenees/Australian Shepherd mix, and has a side-gig building reclaimed wooden furniture from discarded materials.

Jim is Link’s senior vice president, head of Construction, responsible for all construction operations and procurement across the firm’s existing assets.
Previously, he served as the senior vice president of Construction for both Indcor and GLP, from 2013 until GLP was purchased in 2019 by Link. While at Indcor and GLP, he oversaw all construction in both existing assets and new ground-up construction. Prior to joining Indcor, Jim served as vice president of Development at Aimco, where he led the northwest redevelopment sector, and before that he was vice president at Catellus Development, where he supervised all construction operations.
Jim received a Bachelor of Science in Construction Engineering Management from Long Beach State University and holds a California Contractors State License. When not working, he enjoys racing karts, riding mountain bikes, surfing and camping with his family and friends.

Prior to the formation of Link in 2019, he served as chief investment officer at Gramercy Property Trust, an investor in and asset manager of industrial and office real estate. He played an integral role on the leadership team that grew the company from an enterprise value of approximately $200 million to over 80 million square feet of real estate before it was acquired by Blackstone for $7.6 billion in 2018.
Nick has also served as a director in the Investment Department at W. P. Carey & Co., as a director of Business Development at Sony Pictures Entertainment and as an analyst at J.P. Morgan & Co.
He received a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Duke University and a Master of Business Administration from Harvard Business School. Nick is a National Association of Industrial and Office Properties and Urban Land Institute member, and he also serves on the board of the Newport Festivals Foundation, which produces both the Newport Folk and Newport Jazz Festivals. Matt has also held the positions of managing director and associate director of Research at Morgan Stanley and served as a member of the Board of Directors of Ramco-Gershenson Properties Trust, a publicly traded retail REIT, from 2010 to 2015.
He received a Bachelor of Arts in American History from Tufts University and a dual Master of Science in Real Estate and City Planning from Massachusetts Institute of Technology. In 2013, Brandon joined Blackstone’s previous industrial real estate platform, IndCor Properties, where he served as senior vice president until IndCor’s eventual sale to GLP in 2015, after which he became regional director, overseeing the West Region. Prior to IndCor, he served as vice president and San Francisco Bay Area market officer for Prologis.

During his career, Bud has sourced nearly $4 billion in capital deployment and development deals, with an additional $2.8+ billion in regional transaction oversight throughout the western United States.
Previously, Bud held roles including senior vice president and partner with oversight of the West Region for CRG Real Estate and managing director, West Region, for DCT Industrial Trust. Bud also served as an executive team member at DCT before its merger with Prologis in 2018. Prior to joining DCT, Bud served as a senior development manager at Panattoni Development. Across these roles, Bud has held responsibility for development, capital deployment, portfolio management and operations.
Bud received a Bachelor of Science in Marketing from California State University, Sacramento. Before joining Gateway, he was an executive director with Morgan Stanley’s real estate investment business, working for more than 10 years in the firm’s Atlanta and San Francisco offices. He held both acquisition and asset management responsibilities across several U.S. markets and real estate sectors while at Morgan Stanley. Prior to that, he worked as an investment banker and was a captain in the United States Marine Corps.

With direct oversight of functions across utility operations, energy procurement, energy data analytics, building solutions and reporting, he also leads decarbonization and net-zero initiatives.
Sam joined Link in 2020 from JPMorgan Chase, where he was vice president of global energy and sustainability. In that role, he managed a real estate portfolio of some 7,000 properties spanning 63 countries with an annual utility spend of $250 million and annual energy use of 2 terawatt hours. He was also responsible for developing JPMorgan Chase’s operational sustainability strategy; carbon strategy and procurement; led execution of one of the world’s largest energy efficiency campaigns and its associated $700 million green bond raise; and developed more than 300 megawatts in solar, fuel cell and distributed energy-generation projects. Prior to his time at JPMorgan Chase, Sam was director of portfolio operations at Tishman Speyer, where he managed a 40 million square-foot portfolio and was responsible for energy- and sustainability-related activities.
Sam earned a Master of Science in Sustainable Finance from Columbia University. He has also held several professional designations throughout his career, including LEED AP, CEM and CEP. Phil Hawkins is the Executive Chairman of Link Logistics.
Phil previously served as the President and Chief Executive Officer of DCT Industrial Trust (NYSE: DCT), a leading owner, developer and operator of high-quality logistics assets in the U.S. from July 2006 until the company merged into Prologis in August 2018.
During his time at DCT, Phil led the company’s initial public offering and led an aggressive capital deployment and asset sales program, transforming DCT’s portfolio of commodity, lower-growth assets to a high-growth portfolio of infill assets in the best distribution markets in the U.S.
Prior to joining DCT, Phil served in various roles including President and Chief Operating Officer of CarrAmerica Realty Corporation (formerly NYSE: CRE) and Managing Director and a member of the Board of Directors of LaSalle Partners, now known as Jones Lang LaSalle.

Ms. Morefield’s career also includes public accounting, consulting and commercial banking.
She currently serves on the boards of two S&P 500 companies: Copart (NASDAQ: CPRT) where she is Chair of the Governance and Nominating Committee and a member of the Audit Committee; and UDR (NYSE: UDR) where she serves on the Audit and Governance committees. She also serves on the board and is Audit Chair of Link Logistics Real Estate, a Blackstone portfolio company. In addition, she served six years on the board of Spirit Realty (NYSE: SRC) and as their Audit Chair. She has served on several other advisory and non-public boards.
Ms. Morefield retired at year-end 2020 as EVP and Chief Financial officer of CyrusOne (NASDAQ: CONE), a publicly traded global data center REIT with revenue over $1 billion and a total enterprise value in excess of $12 billion. During her tenure, she raised in excess of $13 billion of capital in numerous capital markets transactions and achieved an investment grade bond rating for the company. She served on the executive leadership team that set strategy and oversaw the global expansion.
Prior to CyrusOne, Diane served as EVP & CFO of Strategic Hotels & Resorts (NYSE: BEE), a publicly traded hotel REIT that was sold to the Blackstone Group in 2015. She spent 12 years at Equity Office, the largest publicly traded REIT at that time, and Equity International, a private equity company controlled by Sam Zell. She was CFO of Equity International and her roles at Equity Office included SVP operations with P&L responsibility for the Midwest region, and SVP – Investor Relations prior to her operating role. Previously she worked at Barclays Bank as a real estate banker, and started her career in public accounting.
Diane earned her BS in Accountancy from the University of Illinois and is a CPA. She has her MBA from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business.

Ms. Vandecruze is the Founder and Managing Director of Grace Global Capital LLC, a financial services firm specializing in financial advisory, restructuring, and valuation services to corporations and organizations worldwide. Throughout her career, Ms. Vandecruze has executed over $25 billion in M&A and financing transactions. She brings extensive expertise in mergers and acquisitions and capital-raising in both the private and public markets for financial institutions. From 1999 to 2006, she served as Managing Director at Swiss Re, responsible for the firm’s regulatory advisory practice in the insurance and financial services industries. Prior to joining Swiss Re, Ms. Vandecruze was a Vice President at a private equity firm specializing in the insurance industry and an Associate in the Financial Institutions Group at Merrill Lynch.
She is a thought leader and keynote speaker and has been featured in numerous publications including the books Doing it for Ourselves: Success Stories of African-American Women and Be Happy at Work: 100 Women Who Love Their Jobs, and Why. In addition, she is the author of the book, Homeless to Millionaire, 6 Keys to Financial Abundance. Ms. Vandecruze was awarded “Woman to Watch” by Business Insurance magazine in 2019 and “Corporate Woman of the Year” by Pace University in 2018.
Ms. Vandecruze serves as a director at PIMCO Closed End Funds, Resolution Holdings and The Doctors Company. She also serves on the Wharton Graduate Executive Board. Ms. Vandecruze received a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting from Pace University and an MBA in Finance from the University of Pennsylvania, The Wharton School. She is a Certified Public Accountant and is a member of the AICPA.

Mike Mullen has four decades of experience developing distribution centers, logistics parks, air freight facilities, intermodals and port-related logistics facilities on three continents. Mike is the retired CEO and a founding partner of CenterPoint Properties (CNT:NYSE), now owned by CalPERS. He is the past Chairman of Tradepoint Atlantic, and a Senior Advisor to Redwood Capital Investments.
Mike is a former Board member of Rouse Properties (RSE:NYSE), and served as a Board Member / Senior Advisor to IndCor Properties, another Blackstone portfolio company, as well as Boards of logistics companies in Brazil and Saudi Arabia. He was the national Chairman of NAIOP in 2007, and accepted the Developer of the Year award from NAIOP in 2011 on behalf of CenterPoint.
Mike is a graduate of Loyola University in Chicago, and Northwestern University’s Kellogg School of Management’s Advanced Executive Program.
