Britton T. Winterer
Chief Development Officer
Britton (“Britt”) is Link Logistics’ chief development officer, responsible for driving the company’s growth and success through strategic development initiatives. His responsibilities encompass a broad spectrum of activities that are integral to the company’s development strategy and investment decisions.
Prior to joining Link’s predecessor company, Gramercy Property Trust, in October 2014, he oversaw development for RREEF. He previously held development roles at Catellus Development and Prologis. Over the course of his career, he has led the development of more than $10 billion in real estate assets.
Britt received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Biology from Williams College and a Master of Science degree in Civil Engineering from Stanford University. In his free time, he enjoys being a muse to his painter wife, Rosy, and a personal chef and alpine touring guide to his teenage son.
