Timothy J. Beaudin

Tim is the former CEO of P3 Logistics Parks (a wholly owned GIC entity) based in Prague, Czech Republic, and he was P3’s Chairman of the Board since 2018. Before P3, he was the President and CEO of IndCor Properties (a wholly owned Blackstone entity) from 2011 until its acquisition in February 2015 by GIC and GLP. Before IndCor, Beaudin was with Aimco from 2005 to 2010, departing  as COO. Prior to that, he was EVP of Catellus Development and has worked for multiple companies (such as KPMG and CBRE) in various financial services roles.  Beaudin earned his B.A. in Economics and Business from Westmont College. He is currently on the board of LivCor, a US multi-family apartment operator in addition to Link (both are fully owned by Blackstone).
