Link Logistics Acquires Class-A Bulk Distribution Center in Charlotte
Adds one of the market’s few remaining large-format industrial facilities
NEW YORK — September 19, 2026 — Link Logistics (“Link” or the “Company”), a leading operator of last-mile industrial real estate and warehouse properties, today announced the addition of Delta Industrial Park, an 878,104-square-foot industrial property in the Charlotte metropolitan area. The facility is located at 1500 Delta Drive in Gastonia, North Carolina, within the Gaston County submarket.
Completed in 2023, the Class-A distribution facility features 40-foot clear heights, a cross-dock configuration, eight megawatts of power, excess trailer parking, ESFR sprinklers, LED lighting and immediate access to Interstate 85 at Exit 14.
“Our investment strategy is focused on adding scarce, well-built assets in markets where population growth and customer demand continue to outpace new supply,” said Andrew Goodman, senior managing director, Investments, Link Logistics. “This addition brings a modern, large-format distribution facility to our Charlotte portfolio where few comparable options exist and we see attractive opportunities for long-term value creation.”
Link Logistics’ Charlotte footprint spans nearly 10 million square feet of strategically located industrial real estate.
“Charlotte’s connectivity to major East Coast ports and interstate networks continues to make it a gateway for distribution customers serving the Southeast,” said Nicholas Brady, managing director, Investments, Link Logistics. “Delta Industrial Park’s scale, modern specifications and convenient highway access position it to meet growing demand for bulk distribution space.”
The seller, Trinity Capital Advisors (“Trinity Capital”), was represented by CBRE in the transaction.
