Link Logistics Executives Named to Commercial Observer’s 2026 Power California List
Joseph Finnigan, senior managing director, Link Parks, and Matt Chapman, managing director, Investments, have been named to Commercial Observer’s 2026 Power California list.
The annual ranking recognizes the real estate leaders shaping the Golden State’s commercial property market. In its profile of the pair, Commercial Observer noted that Link Logistics is “making plenty of splashy headlines in Southern California.”
The list, published Sept. 15, highlighted Finnigan and Chapman alongside Scott Trebilco of Blackstone, Link Logistics’ parent company, in a joint profile spotlighting the firm’s continued momentum in Southern California.
Finnigan has led the growth of Link Logistics’ Link Parks division and currently oversees a national Link Parks portfolio of approximately 9.5 million square feet of business park assets.
“It’s an honor to be recognized alongside so many leaders who are shaping California’s commercial real estate market,” said Finnigan. “Southern California has always been core to our growth story at Link Logistics, and this recognition reflects the work of our entire Link Parks team across the region.”
Chapman oversees the Link’s investment activity across its West Region. He joined the firm in 2019, bringing significant finance and investment experience.
“I am grateful to be honored in this year’s Power California list, which is a testament to the strategy, execution and incredible work of our team,” said Chapman. “California continues to be one of the most dynamic markets in the country, and I’m proud of what we have accomplished.”
The 2026 Power California list features executives from across California’s commercial real estate industry.
