Link Logistics’ Nicholas Pell to Lead Blackstone Digital Infrastructure Trust
Link Logistics today announced that Nicholas L. Pell, president and chief investment officer, has departed Link Logistics to join Blackstone as a senior managing director in the Real Estate Group. In this new role, Pell will serve as chief executive officer and president of Blackstone Digital Infrastructure Trust (BXDC), a newly formed public company focused on acquiring and owning mission-critical, stabilized data center assets.
“Nick has been a defining force in building Link Logistics into the firm it is today,” said Luke J. Petherbridge, chief executive officer, Link Logistics. “His contributions to our growth, direction and culture—defined by partnership, conviction and accountability—have left a lasting mark on our firm. While we will miss him as a colleague, we are proud to see him take on this well-deserved opportunity, and we look forward to continuing to work together within the Blackstone ecosystem.”
This transition reflects both the depth of Link Logistics’ leadership team and the breadth of opportunity across Blackstone’s real estate platform. Link Logistics continues to execute as the largest U.S.-only operator of last-mile industrial real estate.
