The Link Logistics Community Grants Program is now in its fifth year, and 2026 marks a milestone: The firm has now invested more than $10 million through the program, supporting 102 local projects across our markets.

At Link Logistics, our people and buildings are part of the communities we serve, and we believe strong communities are essential to long-term growth. As the firm grew amid broader societal change, leadership made local community investment a priority. The Link Logistics Community Grants Program was built to provide sustainable support and demonstrate a steady, consistent drumbeat of commitment. The program’s purpose has always had a singular focus: supporting the infrastructure needs of local nonprofit organizations in the communities where Link Logistics operates.

Local community work is often difficult to fundraise for and requires local knowledge and trusted partners to maximize impact. Each year, Link Logistics employees nominate projects in their local communities for Community Grants Program funding. Leadership then helps select grant recipients using defined criteria, including alignment with the firm’s current community focus areas—hunger relief, education access and urgent hyperlocal needs—while giving real weight to the perspectives of the employees who know their communities best.

What Do Community Grants at Link Logistics Fund?

As an industrial real estate firm, Link Logistics helps support the infrastructure that keeps local economies moving. The firm’s Community Grants Program extends that approach by funding nonprofit infrastructure needs and addressing practical constraints that can limit an organization’s reach. These investments are not always the most visible part of community work, but they are often what enable nonprofits to scale programs, improve operations and respond to the needs of the people they serve.

Grants fund the behind-the-scenes capacity that makes nonprofit work possible. The Link Logistics Community Grants Program has enabled nonprofits to acquire equipment that extends their reach and impact. Examples include refrigerated trucks that expand food distribution, and technology improvements for education and training programs.

As Link Logistics continues to grow, we remain committed to consistently investing in the people, local organizations and infrastructure that help communities respond to changing needs. We are proud to recognize several nonprofits that have received community grants over the years:
