At Link Logistics, we believe that meaningful Social Impact efforts begin at the local level where our people live and work. Through our Community Grants Program, we provide infrastructure grants to nonprofits addressing hunger, education and hyperlocal needs across the U.S. Since launching the program in 2022, Link Logistics has awarded $8 million to more than 75 employee-nominated projects, underscoring the power of our team members to champion causes close to home.
We received 70 nominations from employees in 2025 and awarded grants to 21 organizations to help deepen their impact. Read on to learn about four examples of our Community Grants Program in action.

As artificial intelligence reshapes entire industries, Pursuit is focused on ensuring the future includes everyone. The New York City-based nonprofit is bridging the wage and opportunity divide by providing underrepresented communities with access to networking, career support and paths to high-paying tech careers. Link Logistics’ $125,000 grant fuels the nonprofit’s AI-Native Program, and covers computer hardware and software for its fellows. Shortly after the grant funds were distributed, a group of Link Logistics employees volunteered with Pursuit to share their career insights and provide feedback on the fellows’ coding projects.
Big ideas can come from small entrepreneurs! The Children’s Entrepreneur Market helps kids discover their passion for entrepreneurship through experiential learning. The program sets up marketplaces and creates opportunities for participants to design a product to sell, operate their own booths, manage profits and interact with real customers. To date, their youth entrepreneurs have generated more than $9 million in revenue. Link Logistics provided a $65,000 grant to enable the purchase of marketplace booths and display items, and to fund the nonprofit’s pilot youth entrepreneurship program in Atlanta, Georgia.
