Katie Paolino Wins Third Annual Elly Award for Exemplifying Firm’s Principles

Link Logistics CEO Luke J. Petherbridge recently announced the winner of the 2025 Elly Award, an annual honor for employees who exemplify the firm’s principles: Katie Paolino, a senior property manager who supports customers across warehouses in Dallas-Fort Worth.

Launched in 2023, the Elly Award celebrates individuals who go above and beyond to strengthen Link Logistics’ culture and advance the firm’s business objectives. Named for the “L” in the Link logo, the Elly recognizes and rewards individuals who epitomize the company’s principles. Link Logistics colleagues nominate one another for Elly consideration; this year’s winner and runners-up were selected from a record 200+ submissions.
