Link Logistics marketing leaders took center stage at NAIOP I.CON East in Jersey City, where more than 1,200 industrial real estate professionals gathered to explore the future of the sector. Gretchen Lowery, VP, Digital, and Jessamyn Wilkinson, VP, Regional Marketing – West, shared their expertise in a panel at the event’s NAIOP National Marketing Leadership Meeting.
Their panel—titled "The Role of the Commercial Marketer in the Evolving Industrial Real Estate Market”—addressed how industrial real estate marketing continues to progress as companies adapt to both shifting macro conditions and digital transformation. Gretchen and Jessamyn shared insights on leveraging emerging technologies and data-driven strategies to enhance brand visibility and support leasing efforts across markets.
"It was energizing to connect with industrial real estate marketing leaders from across the country and lead a discussion on how emerging digital tools can strengthen brand visibility and support leasing activity," said Gretchen. "As the industry evolves, it's more important than ever to understand how our audiences consume content so we can reach them where it matters most."
Jessamyn emphasized the importance of regional market knowledge in crafting effective strategies. "Whether we're showcasing industrial warehouses in the Pacific Northwest or highlighting distribution centers in the Inland Empire, success comes from understanding local market dynamics and tailoring our message to resonate with regional stakeholders," she said.
Beyond Gretchen and Jessamyn’s panel discussion, Link Logistics maintained a strong NAIOP I.CON East presence as a premier sponsor, featuring a popular branded espresso bar that became a networking hub in the exhibit hall.
