Property Management Excellence: Overseeing Warehouse Operations in Southern California

Link Logistics' Property Management team keeps people safe and industrial properties in top shape across its national portfolio of warehouses and distribution centers.

Cerritos-based senior property manager Marissa Marquez supports Link Logistics' industrial real estate portfolio in Southern California. With deep roots in Orange County and a passion for team leadership, Marissa brings dedication and expertise to managing warehouses and distribution facilities across the region. Read on to learn about her approach to property management, love for country music and more.

What’s your role at Link Logistics and what do you enjoy most about property management in industrial real estate?

Marissa: I’m a senior property manager overseeing our Cerritos and mid-county portfolio. I've been with Link Logistics for more than two years. My favorite part about working in industrial real estate property management is collaborating with my local team to serve our customers. That includes working with my sister, who is an associate property manager at Link Logistics!

Have you always lived in California?

Marissa: My sister and I grew up in Irvine and still live near our family. I went to Irvine High School and the University of California, Irvine, and began my property management career at a major real estate developer in the area. I can't escape the Irvine bubble, but I love it. It's such a great place and I never want to leave.

How do you spend your free time outside of work?

Marissa: I enjoy hanging out with my family a lot. I live with my sister, so we're always doing things together. I'm a huge country music fan and I really like going line dancing. I try to go to country concerts whenever I can. Also, I try my best to be as healthy as possible, which includes working out, playing tennis and hiking.
