Link Logistics’ Bud Pharris, senior managing director of the firm’s West Region portfolio, spanning 131 million square feet, has been named to Commercial Observer’s 2025 Power SoCal list. Pharris, recognized for his influence in driving the real estate industry forward, has more than 25 years of commercial real estate experience with a focus primarily on industrial ground-up development, value-add projects and leasing.
“Link Logistics’ commitment to excellence is evident in how our teams show up, every day, to make sure our customers have the best buildings and warehouses in the most desirable locations,” Pharris said. “I am proud to be named to this list and am grateful to the many teams at Link that support the firm’s mission to reimagine industrial real estate.”
“I am thrilled that Bud’s accomplishments and contributions have been recognized by Commercial Observer,” said Melissa I. Sachs, chief communications officer, Link Logistics. “Bud is a remarkable leader whose impact is felt every day at our company and across the industry.”
The annual Commercial Observer Power Lists recognize leaders and innovators in commercial real estate. The publication referenced “a quiet upheaval” in the Southern California real estate landscape, with developers investing heavily in logistics parks, inventory facilities and manufacturing plants. It said the 2025 list “is based less on wild optimism and more on sober pragmatism.”
