Luci Smith, director of property management for Link Logistics’ East Region, has been named the 2025–2026 chair and chief elected officer of BOMA International, a leading industry group. Established in 1907, BOMA—which stands for Building Owners and Managers Association—is a trade organization serving professionals in the commercial real estate industry, including property owners, managers and service providers.
“We’re entering a season of transformation at BOMA, and I’m honored to help lead the way,” Smith said. “We can evolve without losing sight of who we are, advancing the industry while staying grounded in the values that connect us. I’m proud to represent Link Logistics and the broader property management community in this role.”
Smith, who is based in Florida, has long been an active voice in the property management community. She got her start with BOMA in the late 1990s and has since served in multiple leadership positions, including as president of BOMA Orlando and a member of BOMA International’s executive committee. In 2023, she was appointed vice chair of BOMA International.
At Link Logistics, Smith is known for consistently raising her hand to take on new opportunities and mentor others across the organization. Smith’s appointment reflects not only her career-long dedication to the field but also Link Logistics’ commitment to supporting employee growth and industry engagement.
“Luci brings focus, energy and vision to everything she does,” said Glenn Wylie, senior managing director, East Region. “She’s a thoughtful leader, a fierce advocate for others and a driving force for progress at Link Logistics, at BOMA and across the industry. We’re proud to have her on our team.”
