Rob Damrat

Managing Director, Midwest

Rob is Link Logistics’ managing director for the Midwest, responsible for operating performance, including leasing, property operations and construction for the firm's portfolio in the area.

Previously, he served as Link Logistics’ senior vice president for Chicago and Wisconsin, overseeing leasing for approximately 30 million square feet of industrial assets. Prior to joining Link Logistics, Rob served as a director at Barings, overseeing a portfolio of industrial, multifamily and office assets across the U.S. He has also held a variety of roles at JLL and Deloitte.

Rob received a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from Michigan State University and both a Masters of Accountancy and a Master of Business Administration in Real Estate from DePaul University. He currently serves on the Executive Advisory Board for DePaul University’s Real Estate Center. Rob and his wife have four children. In his free time, he is a world-class bird guide and an Upper Peninsula enthusiast.
