Ryan Keathley

Managing Director, Texas

Ryan is Link Logistics’ managing director for Texas, overseeing operating performance including leasing, property operations and construction. He partners with in-region market officers and development teams, manages regional strategy and connects nationwide trends to local markets.

Ryan joined Link Logistics in 2019, bringing deep experience in the Texas industrial real estate sector. Previously, he spent more than eight years as a regional director with IndCor Properties and GLP, joining GLP when it acquired IndCor in 2015. Before IndCor, Ryan was a principal at AIM Real Estate Group and a vice president at Catellus Development Group, focusing on the Austin and Central Texas markets. He began his career with a 13-year tenure at Prologis, where he held roles throughout the southeast including as Austin market officer.

Ryan earned a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from the University of Texas at Austin. Ryan and his family are outdoor enthusiasts who enjoy hunting and fishing and are very active at Austin Ridge Bible Church.
