Ryan Shelton
Managing Director, Southwest
Ryan Shelton is Link Logistics’ managing director for the southwest, responsible for leading leasing strategy and operational performance across the firm’s portfolio in Southern California, Phoenix, Las Vegas and Reno. Ryan oversees a significant industrial portfolio and is responsible for driving occupancy, revenue growth, customer engagement, broker relations and overall asset performance across some of the nation’s most strategically important logistics markets.
Ryan brings nearly two decades of commercial real estate experience, including more than seven years of service at Link Logistics. Throughout his career, he has held leadership positions and advisory roles with several of the industry’s premier organizations, including JLL, Nuveen Real Estate and GLP. His expertise spans leasing, asset management, investment strategy and portfolio optimization, with a focus on industrial real estate and supply chain infrastructure. Ryan has successfully led complex leasing initiatives, developed long-term customer partnerships and executed strategies that enhance asset value while supporting organizational growth objectives.
Ryan earned a Master of Business Administration from the University of Southern California and a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from the University of California, Irvine. Outside of his professional responsibilities, he enjoys spending time with his three children, traveling with family and friends, and maintaining an active commitment to fitness and wellness.
