Ryan Shelton

Managing Director, Southwest

Ryan is Link Logistics’ managing director for the Southwest, responsible for overseeing operating performance including leasing, property operations and construction. He partners with in-region market officers and development teams, manages regional strategy and connects nationwide trends to local markets. Ryan has more than 16 years of commercial real estate experience, with a primary focus in the western U.S., and has leased more than 40 million square feet of industrial space during his career.

Before joining Link Logistics in 2019, he was a vice president of leasing at GLP and managed the company’s 20 million square foot Southern California portfolio. He was previously part of the asset management team at Nuveen and a tenant rep broker at JLL, where he worked on key corporate accounts in Orange County.

Ryan earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Economics from the University of California, Irvine, and a Master of Business Administration from the University of Southern California. He actively participates in and contributes to NAIOP, SIOR and other industry events. He also serves as a student mentor and guest speaker at USC's undergraduate real estate program. Outside of work, Ryan loves spending time with family, enjoys traveling and speaks fluent Portuguese thanks to years of living abroad.
