What is the Link Logistics Small Business Challenge?
We’re hosting the Link Logistics Small Business Challenge to champion our customers’ dreams and leverage our scale to support their success. Link Logistics is one of the largest operators of last-mile industrial real estate and warehouse properties in North America. Link Parks is the business park division of Link Logistics, offering high-quality space in key metro areas to support growing businesses.
Challenge Prizes
The grand prize winner will get $75,000 and three runners-up will receive $10,000 each to put toward their small businesses.
As part of the Challenge, Link Logistics will:
- Highlight four finalists through professional photo shoots at their spaces
- Feature four finalists on Link Logistics' and Link Parks’ social media pages and websites
- Showcase the grand prize winner in a customer spotlight campaign across our social media pages and website
How the Challenge Works
Who Can Enter the Small Business Challenge?
You’re eligible if you are a current Link Logistics or Link Parks customer who:
- Occupies 30,000 square feet or less across three or fewer locations with Link Logistics and/or Link Parks in the U.S.
- Has at least one year remaining on your lease
- Identifies as a small business

2025 Small Business Challenge Recap
Our inaugural Challenge drew nearly 150 customer applications from innovative small businesses across the country. Austin-based Contoro Robotics won the $50,000 grand prize for their impressive pitch.

What is the submission deadline?
Eligible customers have from June 3 until July 3, 2026, to submit their applications. Please review our Terms and Conditions to see if your business qualifies.
How much can I win in the Link Logistics Small Business Challenge?
Our grand prize winner will receive $75,000 and three runners-up will receive $10,000 each to support their small businesses. The six semifinalists who are not selected as finalists will receive $1,000 each.
How will I know if I am named a semifinalist or finalist?
Semifinalists will be notified via email by late July with a request to capture a brief video essay. Finalists will be notified via email by late August with next steps to prep for our live event in October.
How do the final presentations work?
Four selected finalists will spend several weeks preparing a pitch for how they would use their winnings to support their businesses. The finalists, along with our executive judges, will join a live event in October to present their pitches and participate in a brief Q&A session. Our team will support the finalists along the way!
When will winners be announced?
Our grand prize winner and three runners-up will be announced via press release in October 2026.

For our 2026 Small Business Challenge, we are focusing on supporting early-stage entrepreneurs in smaller spaces. If your business isn’t eligible this year—stay tuned! We are always looking for ways to highlight our customers.
