Wes Vaughan

Managing Director, Southeast

Wes is Link Logistics’ managing director for the Southeast. He oversees a diverse portfolio of industrial assets in the firm’s Georgia and Florida markets. Responsible for managing a large team of leasing, property operations and construction professionals, he is also actively involved in acquisitions, development and dispositions.

Wes joined Link Logistics in 2020, bringing significant industrial and commercial real estate experience. He was previously a vice president of asset management at GLP, where he covered approximately 20 million square feet in the Georgia, Tennessee and Carolinas markets. Before that, he completed over 175 leasing transactions during a seven-year tenure at Cresa and a three-year stretch at Bryant Commercial Real Estate Partners. He was a member of the Atlanta Commercial Board of Realtors’ Million Dollar Club from 2011 to 2015 and its Community Service Committee from 2011 to 2017, serving as chairman of the latter for his final year.

Wes is a proud Atlanta native and earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Journalism from the University of Georgia. Married with four children, he enjoys hiking, travel, cheering on his Georgia Bulldogs and the occasional pour of bourbon.
