The Project Manager is responsible for planning, executing, and delivering specific projects on time, within scope, and within budget. This role focuses on coordinating cross-functional teams, managing day-to-day project activities, and ensuring successful delivery against defined objectives.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Lead end-to-end delivery of assigned projects, from initiation through completion

  • Develop and manage detailed project plans, timelines, and deliverables

  • Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on scope, milestones, and expectations

  • Track project progress, identify risks/issues, and drive timely resolution

  • Manage project scope, ensuring changes are documented and approved

  • Facilitate regular status updates, stakeholder communications, and reporting

  • Ensure adherence to project governance, processes, and documentation standards

  • Support testing, deployment, and transition activities as needed

  • Monitor budget and resource allocation for assigned projects

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Technology, or related field

  • 5+ years of experience in project management or related delivery roles

  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously

  • Strong organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills

  • Experience with project management tools (e.g., Smartsheet, Jira, Wrike, MS Project)

  • PMP or equivalent certification preferred
