The Project Manager is responsible for planning, executing, and delivering specific projects on time, within scope, and within budget. This role focuses on coordinating cross-functional teams, managing day-to-day project activities, and ensuring successful delivery against defined objectives.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Lead end-to-end delivery of assigned projects, from initiation through completion
Develop and manage detailed project plans, timelines, and deliverables
Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on scope, milestones, and expectations
Track project progress, identify risks/issues, and drive timely resolution
Manage project scope, ensuring changes are documented and approved
Facilitate regular status updates, stakeholder communications, and reporting
Ensure adherence to project governance, processes, and documentation standards
Support testing, deployment, and transition activities as needed
Monitor budget and resource allocation for assigned projects
QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Technology, or related field
5+ years of experience in project management or related delivery roles
Proven ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously
Strong organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills
Experience with project management tools (e.g., Smartsheet, Jira, Wrike, MS Project)
PMP or equivalent certification preferred
